Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

The University Club foundation
When Club members established the University Club Foundation in 2009, we knew we were committing to being good stewards of our National Register-listed University Club building. But no one realized how quickly – and how urgently – we would need to step up to protect our beloved Clubhouse and preserve it for future generations. In June 2015, the Foundation funded the repair and replacement of the Club’s roof, thanks to the generous support of many members, friends and former members. Over the course of two years, the Raise the Roof campaign generated more than $100,000 in donations and for the first time in decades, the Club has a state-of-the-art, watertight roof. If you were among the many supporters of our Raise the Roof effort – thank you! As you can imagine, the job of maintaining a century-old building and its many systems is never really done. Please consider making a donation to the University Club Foundation. The University Club Foundation is a 501c3 corporation, so contributions are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. Over the years, the Club has been delighted to host receptions for organizations and individuals as they celebrate milestones in their lives and careers. We know that you have many choices for these receptions, and we are pleased to offer a warm welcome for you and your guests. If you've ever hosted or enjoyed an event at the University Club, we invite you to support our efforts and know that this handsome, historic Club is being preserved through your generosity. Please be in touch if you have any questions about making a gift to the University Club Foundation. Thank you so much for your consideration. |
