The University Club of Albany was founded in 1901 by prominent citizens of the Albany area in order to "establish and maintain assembly rooms, promote social activities among the members and cultivate and maintain university spirit in the City of Albany."
More than one hundred years later, the history and tradition endures. The University Club continues to attract the best and brightest from all walks of life and to offer services and facilities that respond to the current social and business needs of a diverse and unique membership.
The University Club of Albany welcomes all, without regard to race, gender, age, color, national origin, ethnic background, socioeconomic status, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
